Support my public-interest research and writing.

My work highlights issues of major social importance. In doing so, it serves the public interest – and thus relies on support from the public.

Already I’ve helped make economic inequality a core part of political debate in New Zealand, generated high-impact and original data on wealth disparities, and reached over 1 million people globally with my plan for renewing democracy.

If I’m to keep doing this kind of work, though, I’ll need support from a wide swathe of the public. So if you’d like to contribute towards my research, story-gathering and writing, I’d be most grateful.

You can read more here about my past work, and the kind of projects you’ll be supporting in future. In return for your support, you’ll get a regular Good Society Bulletin containing a supporters-only essay, links to my writing, and advance notice of new projects and events. You’ll also have the satisfaction of supporting work that helps reduce economic disparities and deepen participation in our democracy.
